Privacy Policy

Frame Driver uses account information to provide sign-in, save player progress, and operate online matches.

Information we handle

• Account details: username, email address, and a password hash for accounts created with username and password.
• Google sign-in: a stable Google account identifier used to find or create your Frame Driver profile. The sign-in flow requests the standard OpenID Connect identity scopes. Frame Driver does not store your Google password or Google email address.
• Game profile and service data: pilot name, selected Frames and equipment, inventory, currencies, settings, tutorial progress, match history and statistics.
• Online play data: room membership, match events, and messages sent through in-game chat while needed to run the service.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, maintain player profiles and progression, connect players to rooms and matches, prevent abuse, and keep the game working. Google sign-in credentials are verified by Google; Frame Driver receives an identity token, validates it on the game server, and keeps only a hash of the stable Google account identifier to reconnect it to your profile. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising or sell it. Our use of information received through Google sign-in adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and sharing

Player information is stored by the Frame Driver game service. We do not sell personal information. Google processes sign-in according to its own privacy terms. Public room and match displays may show your pilot name, Frame, and match results to other players.

Retention and account requests

Account and game data is retained to provide the service and preserve progress. This page does not currently provide an automated account deletion tool. For privacy, account, or support requests, email [email protected].

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version will remain available at this address.
